Hawaii

Bonjour everyone who loves sailboats as much as I do!

Today was our first official day of Amazing race! We first flew from Toronto Ontario, to Hawaii, on a specific flight! Then we had to find out that Japan attacked Pearl Harbour, and won! Next, we had to destroy 2 of an enemies ships in a game of battleship! My knowledge of the waters helped with that! We then had to find out the name of the goddess of volcanoes which was Pele! After that we had to find out that there was only 5 vowels (a,e,i,o, and u) and 7 consonants in the Hawaiian alphabet. Then, there was a fast forward but we chose not to do it because it was too hard. Then we travelled by ferry to the main island of Hawaii to the island of Honolulu! We got the first ferry! Next, we had to either colour a picture or hula-hoop for 1 minute. Well, living on the water so long I never got the chance to hula-hoop, so I don't know how! We coloured the picture and decided not to hula-hoop. Maria will never let me live that down! She wanted to hula-hoop! Lastly we had to find the hotel, "The Pink Palace of the Pacific". Before the next leg starts, we are going to Sea Life Park! I love anything with the word "sea" in it because I love the water so much! That's all for know!
